From the moment we stepped into the charming village pub, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful staff at Slater Hotel. the cozy atmosphere, friendly land-lord, and delicious food made our weekend break truly special. the room was clean and equipped with all the necessities, including tea and coffee facilities. the Sunday lunch was superb, and the beer selection was a delightful bonus. Overall, the experience was top-notch, providing excellent value for money with an ideal location near Burghley House and A1.
